High pressure keeps weather settled over most of the continent. Showery rain with local heavy spells in the north and far east.

Thursday
A fine day for Spain and Portugal; lots of sunshine here with only scattered showers in southern Spain. Sunny and dry in the Balearics, dry as well for Sardinia and Corsica though cloud tending to build. A fine sunny day for Italy and the Balkan States. Greece will have a few showers in the southwest but dry and sunny elsewhere. Showery rain in northern Türkiye, dry and sunny elsewhere.
A large area of high pressure creates fine settled conditions across much of central Europe. France eastward across Germany, the Alps, and towards Hungary and Slovakia will be sunny with light wind. More cloud and a westerly breeze into the Low Countries, northern Germany and Poland with some showery rain here and there near coasts. A few afternoon showers for Belarus and southward to Romania, good sun spells between showers.
Cloud and some spots of rain in Denmark, these extending through southern Sweden to the Baltic States. A southwesterly wind blows across these areas too. Southern Norway, central Sweden, and much of Finland will see showers with local heavy bursts. Showers more scattered in north Scandinavia with sunny spells.

Friday
Showers for central and north Spain, the rest of Iberia fine with sunny spells. A mix of cloud and sun across the central Mediterranean Islands. Likely widely sunny with only some afternoon fair weather cloud for Italy, the Balkan States, Greece, and Türkiye.
High pressure continues to dominate the continent giving a fine sunny day for many. Feeling warm-to-hot in France, the Low Countries, and central/south Germany. Some scattered cloud in northern areas. Scattered showers in north and east Poland, a few reaching southward into eastern Slovakia. Cloudier in Ukraine with some showery rain in Belarus.
Southwesterly winds continue to blow across Denmark and south Sweden and into the western Baltic States. Spotty showers onto west coasts in the wind, otherwise mostly dry with cloud for Denmark and Sweden. In the morning, a risk of some heavy showers for Latvia and Estonia, then sunny spells. Finland substantially dry with sun. Very wet for southwest Norway, drier to the north with a mix of cloud and sun.
